VOI experts navigate the ECM and DMS world Stuttgart. The VOI Forum (stand 7B 60) of the VOI Association organisational and Informationssysteme e.V. informed on the DMS EXPO 2010 vendor-neutral on current topics related to ECM Enterprise content and DMS document management systems. In the VOI Forum experts navigate visitors with exciting lectures from practice by the ECM and DMS – world. At the same time different points of view on current issues are discussed on all three days of the fair, in discussions. The DMS EXPO will take place from 26 to 28 October 2010 at the exhibition grounds in Stuttgart.

“VOI CEO Announces Henner von the Banck: our competence center will display current topics of the document and enterprise content management holistically and manufacturer-neutral.” The topic horizon of the VOI forum includes input and output management, document-oriented technologies in the CRM integration, the use of electronic signatures, document-based business processes outsourcing, tax and legal aspects of the document management as well as new standards and norms in the ECM world. “October 26, 2010 the VOI competence center standards and norms in the ECM” created on October 26th, from 13 to 15 o’clock the kick-off of the Forum. Objectives of the competence center is to create transparency and to indicate boundaries above all in Germany, Austria and the Switzerland of relevant standards and norms related to the ECM. Existing standards should be evaluated and less relevant standards specifically named. Then, from 3 pm to 5 pm, the competence center provides electronic signatures”applications and areas of application of electronic signatures. In addition, the security of the new identity card is addressed. October 27, 2010 the VOI Forum starts on October 27 at 10: 00. Noon is the competence center output management”the same topic in the Center. That is illuminated from the consulting side with information about the issues, backgrounds and practices.
